By attaching VIBCO’s SPWT-80 Small Impact Electric Vibrator to the side of the hopper, the material no longer bridges inside. It is now a continuous flow through the spout creating greater
production with no more lost man-hours or any further damage to the hopper.
A VIBCO SCR-500 Adjustable Speed & Force Vibrator was mounted to the underside of the conveyor. Now the chocolate and marshmallow spread evenly and consistently, resulting in a higher-quality product with a much lower rejection rate. The adjustable speed gave the customer the ability to tailor the vibrator speed for optimum results.
They installed VIBCO’s Model SCR-100 Adjustable Speed and Force Electric Vibrator to the side
of the hopper. It produced the right amount of vibration to keep a continuous flow of apples with no more lost product or man-hours.
A VIBCO SPRT-21 Small Impact Electric Vibrator was installed on the side of the chute - along with a timer and foot switch. The vibrator can be activated during the filling cycle to get material whenever needed. Bags are now filled with the correct amount of material and the chute no longer clogs. Output has increased significantly because employees no longer need to manually add or remove material from improperly filled bags.
A VIBCO Application Engineer recommended that the customer install a VIBCO SCR-60 Adjustable Speed and Force Electric Vibrator above the feeder chute. The adjustability enabled the customer to get the right amount of vibration to ensure that the eggs aligned properly without breaking. Preventing breakage greatly reduced product waste and eliminated a source of costly and time-consuming clean up.
VIBCO engineers recommended installing the VIBCO MLT-SS-130 Stainless Steel Turbine Vibrator. It was mounted to an existing platform attached to the transition cone. Stainless steel was necessary for the sanitary requirements of the food industry.
A VIBCO BVS-190 Silent Pneumatic Turbine Vibrator was installed on each hopper - virtually eliminating the cheese flow problem. VIBCO’s BVS models feature threaded exhaust and use non-lubricated air so they do not cause contamination. They are perfect for food industry applications.
Two VIBCO Model BVS-60 Silent Turbine Vibrators were mounted to the base of the fill chutes. The uniform vibration kept the nut mixture flowing into the jars without jamming or clogging the chutes. The BVS-60, like all VIBCO Turbines, does not require lubricated air, so it doesn’t produce messy exhaust air normally associated with pneumatic vibrators and keeps the work area sanitary.
