VIBCO recommended the installation of US-1600 High Frequency Electric Vibrators on the column forms. The recommended vibrators were in stock and were delivered next day so that the contractor did not lose valuable time. The vibrators produced superior, blemish-free concrete making it unnecessary for any additional on-site touch ups.
Several VIBCO US-900 High Frequency Electric Vibrators were mounted to the wooden wall surround. The vibrators were spaced apart to provide for uniform vibration. The spacing and
uniform vibration provided just enough frequency and force to produce a durable wall with stunning decorative detail.
VIBCO UW-2 Wedge Brackets were welded to the sides of each form and then a VIBCO US-900 High Frequency Electric Vibrator was used to remove the trapped air bubbles. Using the VIBCO US-900 has virtually eliminated the imperfections caused by trapped air and has significantly reduced the amount of hand-finishing required.
VIBCO application engineers recommended the customer use SVRL-6500 High Frequency Pneumatic Vibrators. They were mounted to the bridge footing forms so that the vibration would be properly distributed throughout the form. The result was a perfectly consolidated, strong, and blemish-free product.
A VIBCO DC-3500 Big Bertha™ 12V DC Dump Body Vibrator was installed and virtually eliminated all tailgate slamming. Body hoists no longer needed to be "stretched beyond their stage stop limits" reducing wear and tear, and reducing the risk of roll-over. An added benefit of the Big Bertha™ vibrator is that spreading can be done while dumping, reducing truck time and man-hours, and increasing the number of loads dumped in any given day.
VIBCO’s Model DC-500 12 Volt Battery Operated Vibrator was mounted onto the hopper grill. It immediately accelerated the rate at which the low slump concrete moved through the grill into the hopper. The vibration was effective enough to allow loading directly from the mixing truck - keeping a constant flow of concrete through the hopper grill.
VIBCO’s Model DC-450T 12 Volt Battery Operated Vibrator was mounted at the base of the delivery hopper to keep material flowing and prevent build-up. The remote control switch allows the vibrator to be activated on demand. The customer has realized much greater batch accuracy and productivity while reducing lost man-hours.
A VIBCO DC-60 12 Volt Battery Operated Vibrator was mounted to the grate of the concrete pump hopper. The vibrator was activated any time material started to build up. It quickly cleared the build up and material flowed easily through the hopper grate. Activating the vibrator at the end of the pour also helped to clear any residual build up on the grate, reducing clean up time.
VIBCO CCL-7000 Silent Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators were mounted to the concrete forms. They produce the right amount of force and amplitude to properly consolidate the concrete. Overall noise levels were reduced to 78 dB, well below OSHA standards. The risk of possible hearing injuries was removed without sacrificing product quality or production rate.
A VIBCO CCL-5000 Silent Pneumatic Turbine Vibrator was mounted to the concrete form. The vibration released the trapped air, creating a smooth, blemish-free finish that required no hand-finishing. The vibration also properly consolidated the concrete so it is much stronger and more appealing to customers.
Four VIBCO 55-3S Pneumatic Piston Vibrators were installed; two on each side of the silo. The placement of the vibrators provides the correct amount of vibration to keep the cement flowing evenly from the silo to the agitank, producing consistent batches.
The customer mounted several VIBCO wedge brackets to their forms and then used a VIBCO 42-2 Wedge Head Piston Vibrator. The vibrator was easily moved around the form and set into each bracket to provide uniform vibration.
VIBCO suggested a 4P-1400 Heavy Duty Electric Vibrator to remove the air getting trapped in the artificial stone. The vibrator was mounted on a table above the molds to give the best vibration possible. The product now comes out blemish-free, improving quality and increasing production while dramatically reducing waste.
Two VIBCO 2P-4500 Heavy Duty Electric Vibrators were mounted to the sides of the concrete pipe form. The 2P-4500 has a thrust-type bearing specially designed for vertical mounts, so it was able to give the correct amount of vibration to the low slump concrete used. The specialty bearing also is designed for long-life.
VIBCO 2P-450 Heavy Duty Electric Vibrators were mounted to the sand bins so that trapped steam and condensation are released from the sand and material flows without clogging or briding in the bin.
