  • Manufacturing Assembly - Full Time

  • Digital Marketing Manager

    If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and to support the full range of our Marketing projects and activities.

    Responsibilities
    Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
    Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
    Demonstrable knowledge of manufacturing and industrial distribution channels, B2B marketing preferred
    Familiarity/Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts preferred
    Proven working experience in digital marketing
    Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
    Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
    Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • CNC Machine Shop Supervisor

    About the Job

    Do you live and breathe CNC Machining? Are you looking for Full-Time supervisory position with a growing manufacturer where you can use your coaching skills to lead a team of 15 machine operators, you will share your knowledge of CNC machining, innovate to achieve highest levels of Lean Manufacturing / SMED, and collaborate across all departments to produce to customer demand?

    As the CNC Machine Shop Supervisor, you will:
    Setup and operate conventional lathe and mill
    Setup and operate CNC 3 & 4 axis lathes with live tools (Okuma)
    Setup and operate CNC 3 + 1 axis Mills (Chiron)
    Change speeds and feeds per tooling and material requirements
    Work with engineering, production, executive team, and the customer service team to collaborate for problem-solving and customer demand
    Train and motivate machine operators on CNC machines

    Qualifications
    Deep knowledge of CNC Machining 
    Confident coach, trainer and supervisor
    Knowledge of OKUMA OSP and FANUC OM Controls
    Knowledge of conventional G-Code programming
    Experience in Fixture Design and Development
    Experience leading Kaizen Events, and everyday Lean Manufacturing Improvement

  • Administrative Assistant - Engineering and Export Sales - Full Time

    Do you love manufacturing? Do you get excited and curious when you encounter problems and opportunities for improvement?
    We have an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Engineering and Export Sales functions. 

    You will help our Application Engineers provide unmatched service to our dealers and end users. To be successful, you must be patient yet persistent. You must love organizing and bringing structure to complex work. You must be compassionate, responsible, energetic and curious.

    You will support Engineering and Production Control to manage returned goods by receiving and documenting returns, providing information to Production Control to schedule repairs, and coordinating with Shipping. You must have exceptional organizational skills, enjoy problem-solving, and be comfortable and confident when speaking with all stakeholders.

    You will help our Customer Service and Sales Team to manage export sales to our partners around the globe by preparing export documentation, clearly communicating with export customers to ensure accuracy and speedy delivery, and preparing freight quotes and other export-related administrative duties.

    This is a demanding, fast-paced role that is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, has manufacturing experience, and understands how to balance competing priorities and has excellent follow-through. Intermediate business computing skills including the MS Office Suite are required, and you must have a quick and confident keyboard pace. Basic mechanical knowledge is a big plus!
